    Sales Agreement value dalane se pehele aapko client ko puchana padega ki property sold ho chuki hai ya sale karani baki hai.

    Agar sold hai to Sales Agreement unake pas se lena hai ompulsory ( all pages nahi chahiye , Registration Page, amount page, addresspage, party's name page, and date page) agar client full agreement detahai to ok magar nahi to sirf mentioned page kaffi hai. 

    Ye form me cash portion hai to usako include nahi karana hai.

    Vaise hi old purchase agreement bhi mangana hai. Aur current property sale karane k bad agar client naya property kharidne wala hai to usaka bhi agreement value aur usaka bhi agreement /pages.

    Agar sale karana baki hai to unko kis value se wo property bech rahe hai wo puchana hai.
